How to setup and activate Google adsense account: Beginners guide

If you’re wondering how people make money from websites then you’ll soon get the answer. You just need to setup Google AdSense account to start earning big bucks from your site.
Well it’s simple as eating a hamburger as you can activate Google adsense account just by filling a simple form. Once activated, Google will provide a DHTML code to copy and paste on your website(s). The ads would keep appearing on any number of websites you desire. You just have to add the code to webpages, feeds and search results of your website. The next time someone visits the website (or feeds) and views an ad, you manage to receive money from Google.
Below are the stepwise instructions showing how a beginner can easily setup and activate Google AdSense account,
  1. To setup Google adsense account, go to Google adsense and apply. You can apply with your existing Google account (gmail, adwords or any other)
  2. You need to enter website as well as your personal details. Enter correct information. Recheck form before submission.
  3. Google sends you a confirmation email to notify you of successful adense account setup and mention your application status (as under review).
  4. Google would activate adsense account once the your given domain and account information is verified. It usually takes 4-5 days maximum. If automatic verification fails, Google asks you to paste a verification code on a separate webpage for manual verification. It’s easy don’t panic!
  5. Once verified, your Google adsense account is activated within few hours, Google will inform you about it. You can now login to adsense and start creating ads to be displayed on your website. These ads would be your source of income.
